I welcomes commission work and will work with you to create a unique piece of artwork that is the exact size and format for your specific space. Original paintings on canvas are generally commissioned and range in price from $ 900.00 - $ 10,000.00 and up depending on size. The Commission Process To ensure that the custom painting is designed to your specification, you will be involved in the various stages of the creative process. For example, during the process, I will provide progress photos, which allow you to provide feedback and/or make minor modifications. The following list provides an overview of the commission process. Client contacts me We arrange a private consultation via phone, online meeting (Zoom, MS Teams), and email. We define size, format and budget. We define the subject of the piece - reference photos are helpful as well as an in-person visit to the specific site (where possible). We define a timeline for completion of the piece. We confirm all agreements and details in writing. To start the commission, I require a 50% deposit to secure materials and allocate adequate time in my schedule. The remaining 50% is payable on completion, prior to shipping/delivery.
